THE DUI PROGRAM AT NCADA-BA
The DUI Program at National Council on Alcoholism and other Drug Addictions--Bay Area has four different DUI programs, each a different length of time at our offices in San Francisco for first-time offenders. The program is licensed by the State of California and meets the requirements set forth by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs and the California DMV.  The DUI program can be modified to comply with the DUI laws and requirements of other states.

Before you can begin classes, you must set up an intake appointment at NCADA-BA. Click here for more information about the appointment and how to schedule one.

DUI Program students learn about alcohol and drug dependency and how the addiction process works. They are encouraged to evaluate their own thoughts and experiences with addictive substances in a group process format. The curriculum includes information on DUI laws as well as strategies to prevent second offenses.

DUI Programs are offered in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean and Russian.

Please note that a mandatory intake session must be scheduled before students can begin attending their DUI program. The intake session is a one- to two-hour orientation meeting held in our offices in San Francisco and does not count towards the fulfillment of your court-ordered DUI classes. At the intake session, we will gather information about  your DUI  based on the paperwork provided to you by the court, along with other information necessary to enroll you in the appropriate-length DUI Prgram. At the intake session, you will choose a schedule and make full or partial payment for the program.
